It's mostly aroma, but the freshness of the cinnamon and the strength of the roast will have an effect. A ground cinnamon stick will bring good flavor, stored cinnamon powder less so. Freshness is the key. If you grind beans, you can add chunks of cinnamon stick when grinding, or get a get a basic grinder for just that use. I use about a teaspoon for a 10-12 cup pot - or one stick ground down. It's easy to try, nothing to mess up, so just give it a shot sometime!

Do you take the pic within the app? I find it works better to take the pic, then open Tapatalk and upload. Otherwise it rotates it

I also have Snapseed set to use to edit my pictures in Tapatalk. I'm able to crop or rotate or whatever else I want to do.

I upload directly from the PC after transferring via AirDroid.

This always happens with my irritating LG G4.
Me other phones don't do this.

Must be the pic size.

Maybe also if you hold the phone slightly angled it can flip it
