At&t still has my trade in as dropped off. It said give them 5 days to inspect but it's been exactly 14 business days today. I'll let them have this week before I get nervous and start calling to see what's going on.

They said 5 days I would be calling today. Carriers handle their own trade-in and have different processes.

Got the email and text this morning my trade-in was approved

Received a message this morning that my trade-in was NOT APPROVED! I'll be damed if I see anything wrong with it in the images they supplied.

Obviously, I will be on the phone with Samsung soon.

Same!! I was browsing (lurking) here yesterday and realized I'd never received my acceptance. I figured I'd check on it today, but just got the email. Congrats

I just got off the phone with at&t and they said that my trade in had been accepted and that I should be seeing my bill credits in one to two bills. I'm still nervous that on the website it still says they are inspecting the device but they said it's completed so I'll go with that.

We're still waiting on T-Mobile to update us. Nice thing is, they have applied the discount in the meantime, so as long as it's good (which it should be), we're fine.

Did they say why it was refused? I don't see anything in those photos, so if that's their story in those pictures I'm sure Samsung will reverse it.

IMO, those pics Samsung supplied are way too dark to be able to discern if there is any real damage. I would definitely fight it unless they can provide absolute proof.
