You will have to surrender your phone or cancel your flight. The TSA won't help you, airline won't either, they don't care.
Your only options will depend on how you bought your phone. If you got it through your carrier, then find their store somewhere in the LA area and talk to them. You may be able to return it and initiate the refund process there, before your flight. If you bought it directly from Samsung, or another retailer, calling Samsung's toll-free Note7 recall number and explain this to them. They might be able to make some arrangements for you. I'm thinking (but this is completely improvised, as I have no clue whether it would even work), the TSA agent would confiscate it at the security screening checkpoint at the airport, but would sign a document that he confiscated it, and you would then present it to Samsung for a refund.
Whichever option, it looks like you won't be having too much fun in Disneyland this weekend...
