The charge screen turns on once it is fully charged, but stays on indefinitely.

The screen turns on once I plug it in and shows the battery charging. I manually turn it off when this happens and go to bed. However, in the morning, I wake up to find that the screen has turned on (for however long) and says 100%. I've set the screen to turn off after 1 minute, but the screen feels warm to the touch, indicating that it's been on for a while. This problem started just after I downloaded the new patch. Prior to this, the was no charging home screen. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Try first a Cache Partition wipe, if possible in whatever device you have.

Check through all your settings, especially "screen" and "developer" for anything like "stay awake"
If not, get a new rom

I'm having this same problem. Started after I got the official marshmallow update. Can't figure out how to turn it off.

Turned stay awake on and off. Both makes the screen turn on at 100%

Tried using the screensaver option too. Also turns the screen on.
