The display screen on my note 4 comes on automatically after about 10 seconds

It got a little water in it so I put it in rice. The battery sticker is white with red X's and the same for the sticker beneath the batter. Does anyone know how to fix the display problem, everything else works fine.

Sorry to hear that, water damage can quickly ruin a phone:/ This guide Rukbat put together has some steps you could try, I would give it a shot
