"The Dream Machine" Published Rumor of Galaxy S4 Specs

Haha true.. But if theres one thing they could improve on them is the materials.. Everyone would welcome that more solid feel.. I think it will happen this time

Though I do not have an issue with the sgs3, I totally get what you are saying. One can hope is what it comes down to

The specs you linked to look like no more than blog spam. What do they mean when they say Samsung is "switching" to OLED? They are already using SAMOLED... I have no doubt that the galaxy s4 will be an amazing phone, but I wouldn't hold off on purchasing anything due to these rumors.

While I don't really look much into rumors I just hope the minimum storage internally is 32gb

I think they would do the same as this year. A 16 and 32 with an sdcard. Why mess with what works. Especially since by then the iNexus users will be getting pretty hot and bothered either about lack of space or the 32gb that came out

I agree but the SD card is just for music and pics not apps if I can find a 32gb note 2 I'd buy since I plan on using it for Atleast a year in a half

While 32 GB would be great as a minimum, as long as the storage can be expanded by 64 GB and someday 128k, this would not be a deal-breaker. TPU or some other carbon fiber polycarbonate battery cover is pretty much the norm for Sammy to keep down the weight with the 5 inch screen size and radio performance. The rumored processor having already been used before is also reasonable to expect.

Kinda tough to have a release date for an unannounced phone. They can make it what ever you want

-Will OLED displays even be ready by then (high enough yields)? What res? What size? And why OLED? Logically, I can see a 5" device with 1080p SAMOLED+ (don't keep up with OLEDs to know much about their development). To keep things down to Earth, the next screen might not even be a "+". There's a 1080p SAMOLED in development, but it's not clear whether it'll be pentile or not.

OLED = single organic diode on the screen (which is single RGB color on single pixel), don't misunderstand this with LED TV, LED there means LCD backlighted with LEDs
AMOLED = matrix of OLEDs creating a screen
PenTile = specific way of making AMOLEDs made by Samsung

Everything beyond that is marketing BS :p so don't care about names because thye misleading, care about specs

We're never going to be satisfied. We're always wanting the next greatest thing. Some of these devices are evolving quicker than our wallets can keep up. It's gettin a little too crazy!

yeah I really have no idea what I am going to do for my next one. Maybe by the time i get the next itch the DNA will have a Sprint counterpart with a SD card slot

I would be happy with 1080p screen and quad core processor. The sgs3 is plenty fast and smooth and can only imagine how impressive the s4 would be with a non pentile screen and quad core processor.

I have the Galaxy S2 LTE and though its out dated now I don't feel the urge to upgrade quite yet. I'm sure the S4 is going to be a lot more powerful than my S2 LTE but I want something a little more different. I have downloaded SKY Jelly Bean over at XDA with touchwiz 4.0. My phone's UI looks like S3 now. I don't have any performance issues either. I'm holding out for the Note 3 for a 1080p screen and much larger display compared to mine. Aside from that I'm hoping Samsung refreshes the UI even more which I'm sure they will along with some new software features. Other thing I'm excited about is what Google does with Android 5.0 and when they release it. :)

well they were going to go that route with the note 2 but sony couldnt mass produce enough sensors so makes sense they would use that in the s4 if they already had plans to in the note 2
