Minor update:
Called around 4:00 p.m. Eastern time and was on hold for over an hour. I was told that the hold-up is the cover and that they started shipping last night and today. I am supposed to receive delivery by Friday.
Still no charge or change in status.
I didn't order a cover - it wouldn't even let me for that matter but what would there excuse be for that then? lol
