The Final Countdown - No Charge Still.

As of this morning(1am), if no charge, what did you order.

Minor update:
Called around 4:00 p.m. Eastern time and was on hold for over an hour. I was told that the hold-up is the cover and that they started shipping last night and today. I am supposed to receive delivery by Friday.

Still no charge or change in status.

I didn't order a cover - it wouldn't even let me for that matter but what would there excuse be for that then? lol
 
Ordered on 6/27 around 10pm,
Ordered a 16gb with case, no charge or google wallet updates
I'm getting very annoyed as the minutes pass by :banghead:

Here's a minor update:
I have just received a pending charge on my Amex but no change on Google Wallet, hopefully this means I should be getting a tracking number soon. :)
 
This is upsetting, google has updated their website to state this:

"When will my preorder ship?
We're now shipping Nexus 7 preorders. Many US and Australia preorders are scheduled to ship by July 17th. UK and Canada preorders have also begun shipping in waves."

I just looked at it, they must have changed it again. Engadget was reporting this also.

I'm just happy that I know what their shipping plan is now.

I'm sure there is some fine print somewhere that says "subject to change" :banghead:

Geez, finally some news from Google. I order mine 7/03 at 8pm. 16gb no case
 
So, mine's been bumped back from delivery today to delivery 3-5 workings days after tomorrow.

Sorry Google. You really are the worst i've ever seen at customer service and communication.
 
Even though it's a small sample size... Poll seems to suggest that something screwy has happened to much of the 16gb orders....

Wonder if they had problems with the ordering system from 7/1-7/7.... They has to be thousands of ppl waiting for the tablet that ordered over that time frame....

Still doesn't explain how ppl "preordered" on Friday and have already recieved their tablet....

This the the LAST time I order anything directly from Google. They need to get out of the hardware distribution business and just focus on software development. What a three-ring circus.

So I just woke up and here's a major update on my order, I ordered the 16gb N7 with a case on the 27th and just yesterday I got charged. Google sent me a purchase email at 3:30am this morning and at 3:31am my tracking #, I tracked my package and apparently UPS picked it up at 2am today and its scheduled to arrive at my house later today. And it seems I'll be getting both the N7 and the case delivered today. What a quick turn around, I'm so freakin excited, my disappointed towards Google is slowly diminishing.

ordered 8gb with case and hadn't heard anything until yesterday. I noticed my cc got charged around 6:30pm and the nexus and case moved up on my play orders list. At 4am I got the shipping email, apparently UPS got it around 2am and it is already out for delivery. Should have it whenever UPS gets to my house!
