I'm in Australia and got out of my contract early to get this phone.
Still had 6 months left on my previous contract (iPhone 3GS - thank god for not having to use crApple anymore). But my provider waved the early upgrade fee of $200. My phone comes delivered on the day of release; 23rd of April. Cannot wait.
