Me too!! 3 days, 20 hours, & counting.

Yes, I am EXTREMELY happy. This is going to be a long week. Checked status order last night. Now there is a change of wording from on or around 4/19 to - on or after 4/19. If I don't have it by Friday, what was the purpose of pre-ordering it? Very tempted to wait till Sat, then going in store to get it and cancelling online order. This waiting is absolutely driving me nuts!!! I don't do waiting very well. Just ask my hubby.

Waiting is not my strong suit either! Especially considering at first we were looking at a March 22nd launch for this phone (rumored at least) and then we had to wait another month!

I wish I could just go in a store and get one. Since I am on t-mobile, I have to order the dev and unlocked for now. Unless t-mobile surprises us this week and then I'd cancel as well.

Yeah it is quite poopy that tmobile pushed back their date another 5 days. Especially when lucky ATT customers are walking in and grabbing one off the shelves


I even feel stupid for going with Best Buy on this one because they should have it by the 19th but then again its Best Buy they arent excatly going to be the first ones to recieve the phone.. And then people on Sprint may be getting their pre orders early but they are almost Guaranteed for the 19th. I just hope best buy gives me that exciting email on the 19th..

I'm unbelievably excited. I'm moving from an iPhone 4S with non-functional wifi, and this will be my first Android device. REALLY hoping HTC will ship my DE early.

You're going to love it. Upgraded to mine from a 4 it's fun figuring out the os on the phone.

I'm excited for you too Adrian, you're going to be so astoundingly amazed at the flexibility you have, and at the sheer epic screen size. Oh and Google Now, it's so impressive, but even more so when you're travelling, I had cards with exchange rates, how to read "hello", great picture spots, sights to see. One other thing you need to look for is an app called "Field Trip", gives you historical locations that are within a half mile of your current position, fun! And make sure you try out some alternate browsers, Firefox if you use it on the desktop will sync all your bookmarks and history to your device as well, saves a ton of typing when I want to look up something on the go. Of course Chrome does the same thing if you use it in both places too. That's definitely one of the great features of Android, you have so much choice in what default apps you want to use for calendar, addresses, email, browser, etc, of course you also get 2 app stores that are competing, and you get choice in how you share things too. OMG you're going to have so much fun.

I just realized since I'll be losing Sprint, I needed to actually locate where there was a nearby T-Mobile to go visit. Found it on Google Maps with no problem. I should have Google Now give me directions for Friday.
