I think Samsung makes too many phone models in general.... they can't give their phones the proper attention to detail for software updates, or the length of time and quality of software support we deserve... especially for the prices we pay.

Totally agree. Also sucks for my phone accessories business having to keep up and order all these cases! Also, the A series doesn't have a huge selection like the S series which ticks the customers off too when these old people buy a cheap A10e or some crap.

I ordered a S20 from Samsung when it was released two years ago. Shipping was fast and no problem. However, I returned it under their return policy. Shipping it back was easy, they received it (and the free buds); however, two weeks later they came across and said it was never received. Took a week to get that straightened out even though I had FedEx proof it was delivered, and I had an email it was received.

I would have no problem ordering from them again; however, I would prefer to order from Amazon, even if was a day or two longer before shipping. I'm "guessing" the phones will go up for sale on Amazon's site Feb 9 or day after when announced by Samsung. They will not ship any sooner, so it will say something like "shipping (date)."

If everything goes smooth you can get a good deal. If anything goes wrong and you have to straighten it out with Samsung - you will be living a nightmare of unhelpful, illinformed, even dishonest Samsung customer service reps. I have had both experiences.

Well my Husband has decided to trade in his Samsung s10+ for a s22 Ultra. I guess all my talking about the new Ultra has peaked his interest. I made a reservation for him.

I hope he likes it or I'll be sleeping in the Guest Room with our parrot & she laughs in her sleep.
