Europe is in a financial mess due to the war, Euro has lost value compared to previous years, could be why it's getting a higher price tag.

I typically upgrade every 2-3 years, so I'm not getting the S23 Ultra. My S22 Ultra is still working great, plus I don't care for the S23 Ultra colours.
