But it just wiped the internal storage right, not the external microSD card though... I mean if it did wouldn't it wipe the PM file as well?

Correct, just the internal and all apps and data

Kinda off topic, but no it doesn't. The Rezound is capable of VoLTE, but to my knowledge Verizon has not deployed it anywhere in there network to the general public.

RSRP and RSRQ are simply indicators of signal strength and quality.

I was being lazy and did no research before I posted this. I knew that Verizon was not planning on flipping the VOLTE switch yet. I was just hoping they were doing some testing.

Try Maxthon, Dolphin, FireFox, or any other number of apps that support Flash and properly functioning JavaScript, they have much better features anyway.
