The "God" Phone

I don't see myself buying an HTC Android phone in the near future. I don't know, I've never liked their devices...always seemed shoddy...and it looks like I'm right after hearing about all of the Evo and Incredible issues. I think I'll be sticking with Motorola. My Droid is rock solid.

I'm leaning more towards Motorola because they use better processors and build their phones out of quality material.

doesn't mean it will not be released on another

I agree but there won't be another cartier in the US getting it. Maybe other countries will get a similar device. If motorola even thought about possibly giving it to another US carrier, verizon would show off their guns (in this case a lot of money)

yes the milestone is a droid variant but it has not been released in the US. If verizon let that phone slip into another carrier's hands (especially At&t) they would lose their edge and that is somthing that they are extremely devoted to keeping. they want that one phone that will give iPhone users and alternative. look at the droid itself, i am sure a lot of carriers saw the sales numbers and wanted to have it badly in the US but they weren't able to get it. i mean it could happen, but highly unlikely

Honestly for the Incredible, I've never seen a phone so backlogged to where it was released 1-2 months ago and it's still a pain in the ass to get. The numbers get higher and higher each day. It's crazy.
