Hard shell of wallet case is broken

About 6 weeks ago I got a new phone case. I got the leather wallet case for the Verizon LG G2. I love the case. I love the design and the fact it doubles as a wallet. However, the hard shell that holds my phone in place is broken. The corners have broken off so my phone has no support on the top or bottom. My phone is constantly falling out of the case and I'm afraid one of these days it's going to fall out and break. Is there any way to replace just the hard shell? Thank you.

It's stuck on with strong glue. You might be able to buy a plastic case covering the back and sides of the phone, and stick, rivet or stitch it to the wallet.
