The heart rate sensor on my galaxy s7 edge doenst work

When I open the s health app, and try to use the heart rate, spo2, or stress measure, it doesn't display my results. The sensor works... When I put my finger on it, it lights up red. It starts to measure ( squiggly line moves across the screen, not percentage) but it doesn't show results. I have had this problem for about 2 and a half weeks now.
