I solve that problem by painting the ceiling the same color as the walls. I've always done this.

Very cool. I do mountain biking, but 15-20 kills me with a lot of uphill in the beginning. The ride home is always the funnest, all down hill.

I usually do anywhere between 25 and 35 miles,, depending on the amount of hills. I use endomond pro to track everything. Love thst app. You can see my rides and for each mile it will show you everything, including what song I was listening to. It's always cool to see what song was the fastest mile.
