the latest news on the ban on HTC phones?

Basically Apple had decided to use their massive and ridiculous patent library to try and get every major Android device banned. Basically deciding to handle things with litigation rather than innovation. I think it's important to remember that they are allowed to do this solely because of the pathetic excuse of a patent system we have that's been granting anything that crosses their desk for the past ten years or so.
