The LG V60 is here: My Phone of the Year.

For anyone getting an active stylus, I got to thinking. Try using it as a selfie remote?

I know the stylus would connect via Bluetooth, which is the way other selfie remotes connect to a phone. That's about the only extra feature a Note stylus has that I'd want.

And I think that's the one feature we won't get on it though.

We'll see. Anyway, I'm committed now. I haven't ordered the phone yet, but I did order a case to protect it until the dual screen case ships. This one is scheduled for April 22, which was the earliest I could find.

As least this gets it processing ahead of time to limit the time without any protection.

So I just got a tracking number from UPS stating a package will be shipping today and arriving tomorrow. I have nothing else ordered so I believe it is my dual screen, hopefullly!

Not sure how long it will take for the dual screen case to come in, but I'm using the case that came free with my phone when I ordered from AT&T. It's a clear case that unfortunately has rainbow effect when the glass touches the clear back.

Been using a V30 since January 2018 so I'm glad to finally be able to record in 4K 60FPS. The Mrs has a V40 and it's funny how that phone now feels small. I am also glad that the V60 will let you record a video with both the wide and regular cameras at the same time, unlike the V40 (albeit only FHD not UHD)

I hope that LG fixes it to where the dual screen would allow the phone screen to be the controller since it's the heavy side and not the add on screen.

Received my tracking # today as well. Looking forward to tomorrow. Not only the two phones but moving from Sprint to Verizon after 21 years. Very excited!

I had the same issue. Finding a case that will actually get here lol. I ordered a case from Speck yesterday and it arrives this Saturday. In case you need one sooner.

You know you can buy a tiny remote for that feature.

I haven't had a chance to try out the camera yet, but I still use a phone a lot for calls and this thing has great call quality. I've never had a phone that sounded as good. It's also not as bulky as I was led to believe. It's about a half inch taller than my Nokia 9 Pureview and just a hair wider. Obviously the bulkiness does come into play with the case but, again, it's not unmanageable like I thought it might be. I'm very pleased thus far. I will give more of my impressions when I've had time to use it. But I'm very happy with the purchase so far!

Mine came today as well. It's killing me but I'm waiting for my daughter to get home so we can open them both together.

The anticipation builds!

Keep us posted and please send pictures! Happy Phone Day!

So far I like... Alas it is late. I will finish setup tomorrow and testing throughout the weekend.

Looks good. But how much faster than 4G LTE? Significantly?
That would depend on which phone. If on Verizon, they are using the millimeter wave frequencies that can theoretically hit about 1 gigabit/s. The other carriers only get a version that's compatible with the sub-6 frequencies. Whatever the case, 4G LTE is plenty fast already, and I doubt people will see any usability differences between the two.
