Just received my device so far my experience been okay... Having an issue with Nova launcher I can't get the Android 10 gestures to stick. It keeps Going back to navigation buttons.

Anyone on here knows how to get gesters to stick on a third-party launcher?

Ah. No wonder they don't work. At least the app switching gesture works kinda, and swipe up for card view, even with the pill button.

I never had a problem with my note 10 plus or my pixel 4 running gestures on Nova launcher

I just got this phone and the dual screen is great but I'm having a really hard time adapting to something other than Samsung.

There's a number of big promos going on. I'm getting $200 in monthly credits on Verizon and I think most (if not all) carriers have some sort of BOGO offer. And if you think that suggests the phone isn't selling, then the Samsung S20 line must really be tanking, because they are up to half off now. Lol

Thinking ahead already?lol Yeah this is a welcomed surprise like you said. Especially since LG has been terrible about promoting or explaining this feature. They really need to hire someone who has a clue about marketing. Same old stuff from them. Also the 3D sound engine thing is amazing. I just clicked it for the first time and I was really amazed by the quality.

Does the V60 include handwriting recognition with an active stylus? This is my main use of the SPen. I use it a lot in OneNote.

Hi everyone. It took awhile to find this one long thread. Ordered my white V60 on launch day from Verizon. Coming from the V30 which I loved. So far I got 3 cases, a 400GB SDXC card, an HDMI to USB cable, and I have the WACOM Bamboo Ink Stylus on order. Now wish I could find ANY themes or wallpaper.

Yes. There are videos showing that feature being demonstrated.

My basic case came in today to get me by until the dual screen comes in. Fours and feels great, and also stiffens up the buttons so I'm not accidently pressing them as much. The sides are textured for a nice grip.

I've also been playing around with the camera. Anyone else messed with the HDR10+? It seems to save in a dull, flat color similar to saving photos as a RAW file that requires editing to finalize. Is that the intent behind recording as such?

I have not messed with HDR 10 but that is the intent of it. For editing in post. LG uses this instead of the older cinemodes that used to be specific to them.

I made the same jump. Personally I really like the phone and I bought the same stylus which works really well. I went with the OtterBox symmetry case and I did get a Pulen tempered glass. Verizon offers the dual screen case for free (I bought 2 V60s) but they are only letting me get 1 case which they're still hassling me on.

Only thing I'm still getting used to is the size. It's a big heavy phone.

The reason for the lack of new forums is something that is a result of the processes of the ownership of the site, which is not controlled by the moderators who are volunteers. I am certain that things will be sorted in the future, but you'll need to be patient for now.

I, just ordered this from T-Mobil. I've been checking this out for the past two weeks. Currently using the OnePlus7pro I was going to go with the 8pro then I saw the v60 and then the price of the 8pro and thought time to go back to LG I went from the V40 to the 7pro now back to the V60 I can't wait for it.

One of the featured uses uses of the second screen is a larger keyboard. Anyone have a chance to check that out?
