yep...mine is a 32 from AT&T..I seen random posts about people who have the 16..When I ordered mine 2 weeks ago, I didnt even get an option so im not even sure the 16 is available for AT&T..is it?

I specified the 32 gb when I ordered with AT&T. Apparently they had both options available at the time.
