It's Corning Gorilla Glass 5. According to some informal tests that have been done (Corning gives careful answers that don't actually say anything), GG5 is a bit softer than GG4, making it more break resistant if you drop the phone, but less scratch resistant. Sapphire glass won't scratch very easily - but if you drop it, and there's even a 1 molecule flaw in 1 crystal, it could shatter.
