Im in Columbus, Ohio and it started, then it stop, I reset my phone and it finish downloading and now nothing, if it wasn't for bad luck, i would have none at all!

I have been checking all day and nothing, then i connected to wifi and checked and the 7mb pre-patch came up!

If you havent tried to check for the update while on wifi and you want ICS then i would suggest turning on Wifi and then checking.
