I just spoke with tech support and they confirmed 6.12.181 was Android 4.0, and that it is scheduled to be released tomorrow. Not sure if it is a soak test or not, but according to her, it will be rolling out tomorrow.

If you look at Motorola's web site they say it is still in the Evaluation & Planning stage. Which would mean it is still months away.

I don't really think that is current. Especially since the soak test should be starting very soon. The emails are out and now registration and sign ups are closed.

Bumping this because the update seems to be close. This thread is for people to report that they have actually gotten the update (not the soak test). This will give us the chance to track its progress geographically or otherwise. All I ask is that the next post be from someone who has actually received the update.

Failure to follow instructions <g>. Seriously, I know its going to be a week before we see updates, if current reports are correct. I just wanted to bump it while I was thinking about it. It should stay on the first page for that long and if the update doesn't happen, it will sink into the murk again.

Yes. Yes, they did.......but they did not say to WHO! My bet is on the SOAK testers getting it today.

Whatever happens, at least on the west coast every update I ever saw came in after 7:00 pm.

So.....who knows.....I know I don't.

It has already been sent to soak testers. That is how there is a leak of the official build. Its coming in batches as of today
