The .orca stickers keep filling my phone

On a daily basis my Galaxy s8 keeps filling with stickers from Facebook.Orca and I have out in a .nomedia file. I'm talking 300-1200 images filling my images files. I'm not wanting or desiring these images.
Is there a setting that can block this?
