Not sure what that means, but I ordered two more things and one of them should be today or tomorrow. Also, the UPS guy is usually a girl, but I've never referred to her as the UPS girl.

My UPS guy flies up my driveway backwards in that huge Brown truck. He's good. :thumbup:

Is it wrong to always call the main carrier the mailman, regardless of the gender of the individual delivering the mail? Is this a mankind type of thing, or a gender roles issue that needs awareness and rebranding?

We have a mail lady. That's what we call her, The Mail Lady. We've never had a Mail Man in the 28 years we've lived here. Don't know why that is, either.

Two assumptions here: that the UPS guy was a guy and so is Nothing is true. I've never had even seen a female UPS driver in DC though. But, once my husband had an Amazon package to return and I said, Leave it (at home). I'll just give it to the UPS guy (instead of him taking it to a drop box). He looked at me and said, Why would you see the UPS guy? Doesn't he only come by if he has a delivery?

When people place traffic cones in front of their house so others wont park there and you move them so you can park your car (when I say move I mean drive over the cones). Then they have the gall to complain that you drove on their cones.

It is illegal for any civilian to put unauthorized traffic control devices, including flares, signs, cones, rope, tape, etc. on any public highway, street or roadway. The exception to this occurs only in case of emergency, or when required by law, such as when a driver of commercial motor vehicle places triangles or flares on the roadway to indicate their vehicle is parked there.
