The quickest way to get to your camera on Note 2?

It is in the lock sceen at bottom and I swipe it. Is there another way? Or what if you are on another screen? Or should I just put shortcut on every screen. Just trying to ask the experts.

On the lock screen hold your thumb anywhere on the screen and then turn the phone into landscape. This worked for the Note 2 on 4.1 It doesn't work on the Note 3 on 4.3. So it depends on what version OS you're on, I guess.

You can also swipe up from the camera icon on the lock screen.

Or, if you are on 4.3, you can swipe left to get to the open camera app, it's ready to go instantly. Lots of options. Hope that helps.

Try an App called Swipepad. You can open anything from anywhere quickly except from the lock screen.
