upgrage makes my nexus 7 unusable

Upgraded my nexus 7 (2nd gen) . the nexus 7 is now unusable. it randomly accesses screens and jumps about all over the place. I finally managed to do a factory reset, and now it appears that I can only touch screen on the left of the screen. Nothing on the right is accessible, so I can.t even type in my wifi password. Any thoughts, as usual just out of warranty! If not ipad here I come.

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried a cache clear in recovery? http://forums.androidcentral.com/go...e-nexus-7-2012-2013-cache-partition-wipe.html

If that doesn't work, I would then try a factory reset.
