The volume on the right of my Pixel Buds is low no matter what I listen to.

I just noticed it now with the battery around 50%. Has anyone else been having this problem? Should I RMA?

Nope not noticed on mine. I'd have them replaced.

I've noticed I don't have the latest firmware. How do you update it?

It's automatic through the home app. Not sure you can force an update.
