I'm switching from a Z10 to the S5, just decided yesterday. The wait won't be as long for me, and it's even driving me crazy.

I've done that several times, but we're talking 2 more days. It'd be a shame to damage the M8 (because it's not hard to do so) and then not be able to return it. Then you'd be stuck with the most overrated phone on the market and even Gary Oldman wouldn't be able to console you.
