The weird thing I have noticed is that I got my Incredible on day one, have a lot of apps loaded and it gets heavy use every day. Yet I have not encountered any of the issues posted about in this forum. The phone works perfectly and soldiers right on.

Battery life is adequate for my purposes, and everything else functions properly. I do want Froyo so that I will have true handsfree bluetooth capabilities and of course for the browser and VM improvements. But it is not a life or death situation.

Same here, except I rooted and s-off'ed my phone so I got Froyo with all the addition goodies you will be excited about once it rolls around!

Except for the silent call bug, the DInc is great. Too bad I rely on the phone portion for work.

If you are having the silent call bug on a regular basis, and a Master Reset doesn't fix it, then your DI is defective. That is NOT typical.

Get a replacement.

When you initiate a call or answer one and all you hear is complete silence, absolutely no sound.

There are numerous complaints about on every Android forum (Incredible threads) I read. It seems like it is a software issue, esp. since a reset clears it for a while.

Hmm guess I have gotten lucky (so far) as I have not experienced this

Yea I have had this phone for about a month now and havent had a problem with it. Love this thing like it were a part of my family.
