Update: Updated Both HTX MIUI (Themes now fully work and ROM remained smooth!) & Democracy (Only one change really). I want to fix Hotspot on both ROMs before releasing updates though. Also plan on making a few adjustments to the LOZ Theme and I'm also working on a new theme. Anyone wants to help out with the hotspot problem? Here's a logcat of me turning on hotspot.

Have you found a fix for wifi hotspot? Maybe you could release the updates with out wifi hotspots I am really interested on miui full theme working!!!!

So, how would a man change the system theme? I can't even tell you how many takes I've changed the MiHome and MiLocker themes throughout the day, but nothing changing the system theme. I went ahead and created the '/data/system/theme' folder, but themes still don't work. Any ideas?
