Themes wont work after update s7 edge

My phone updated last night and now my apps are all on the screen singularly when i re-load my old theme they all organise and go back to where they were before the update and the phone works fine untill I use the home button and then it's like my theme is an app and it goes back to the way it was after the update iv tried everything I know aswell as searching and can't find any answer please help ?

Huh? Definitely need a couple of screen shots for this one.

Are you using a 3rd party launcher? Sounds like after the update the 'default' option for the Home button reverted back to TouchWiz. If this is the case, just find the option to set as default launcher in your 3rd party one (usually an easy to spot option in the app's settings).
