There is a outline color red in my screen..

Whenever i scroll down or up move something in my screen.. There is color red blinking fast at side of my screen... I dont know how to fix it....

Glad to hear it. If you have a live wallpaper set up, it could have been some kind of touch effect.

Go to settings > developer option> turn off developer option.
