There is a voice announcing the person who's calling me on my Samsung Galaxy S5, what can I do to shut this voic off?

theres a voice announcing the person whos calling me on my samsung galaxy s5, what can i do??

Ive tried settings>language and input>read notifications aloud, but that is already unchecked, ive also tried in accessibility settings in vision, but that is also off...i do not know what else i can do, i can not stand that voice anymore. i was thinking about formating my phone hoping that will reset everything, yet my phone is new..help me. thank you

Setting, Accessibility, Vision, Talk back... make sure it's off
