Android Central Question

Hi,

I have a weird issue..I looked around and apparently the only way to fix it, id need to root my phone...which i do not want to do.

I can't seem to be able to add a google account **when im on Data**... I get the ''There was a problem communicating with Google servers'' error... But **when im on Wifi...no problem what so ever**...

So I can't watch a video on Youtube or play games that requires Google accounts when im not on Wifi... So yeah, very troublesome...

I tried,
reseting the phone,
downgrading Google play services
reinstalled latest version of google play services
reinstalled both true the appstore and apkmirror
disabling 2 way authentication on the accounts
enabling it

My phone is a Huawei...I heard it was a well known bug...but I cant fix it for the life of me...

Any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you otherwise able to access the web using mobile data? Try going to the APN settings and disable IPv6 there, if possible.

Do you have other problems on "Data" like going into website or getting text message?
