That is my fear for the TB if I am not able to make it there Thursday evening after work :-\
I got iPad 2 on Friday from BBY. Much nicer than iPad. It's all about the apps. I've been following this thread from the beginning, and it's been addicting as I'm #1 on preorder list at BBY. VZW rep was at BBY Friday, and I spoke to her for a little while. Nice lady, but I get more info right here. She didn't know, or wouldn't tell me, anything.

I'm not at all worried about not getting a TB. I'm sure they will have plenty... Apple has had a lot of hype for some time, and they have a much larger following then one device on one carrier. I'm sure there will be plenty of TB's sold on the first day, but they only have one model... Apple has 18 new models they are selling (white/black, 3G/None 3G, AT&T/Verizon)... I could have had an AT&T model yesterday, but I said NO, I want a Verizon version.
Didn't you say about 700 posts ago that you got an iPad? Or were you just playing with one?

Playing with my fams for a few days. A lot.
Who here doesn't think the Thunderbolt will sell out? As I recall when I purchased the Dinc. The phone when back ordered shortly after release. This phone I think will be a hot seller just like the Dinc was, maybe even more. Personally, I plan on ordering the phone or being at the VZW store the minute it is avail. What about you?

Who said Friday??? Verizon NEVER releases a device on Friday... it's always on Thursday!!!

Yeah the reason it isn't in the ad is because its been in the ad for the last month cause it should of already been out, and its not in there now cause it had it time in there and many people said that usually those things are only in the ad for a month. So yeah mike is an idiot. o

Well..........that settles it for me! Since this is coming from such a TOTALLY reliable source, how could I possibly get my heart broken again. Thank you so much Mike_is_Mike....... for such an insightful post and keeping all of us from having to just shoot ourselves because we cannot get the TB on Friday.....or even this Thursday. Unless you are a high ranking employee (read Corporate) of Verizon, your post is about as valuable as a bucket of sand on a beach in Southern California. See Ya!

He's probably the same person as Sokar. I called him out a few pages earlier. Even if you think it won't be coming out this week, why do they have to be such douchebags about it. Why can't they act like adults and simply, like a lot of reasonable people here, say, "I hope it comes out on Thursday, I just think it won't be out this week." People that act the way "Mike is Mike is" and Sokar are either young teenagers or somebody with the mentality of one. Go start a troll thread about how much joy you'll get out of the phone not being released this week, or what brand of ****** you are.

I don't know much about android apps as this will be my first smart phone, but is something such as Advanced Task Killer a necessity or is it useless?
Also, are there apps to track data usage assuming they go with the tiered plans and are they accurate?
