Try another browser because my google chrome still does not show the new homepage but my internet explorer does.
i would love for verizon to move my upgrade date from the 24th to the 17th- i would be ecstatic!
If you still cant see the Tbolt on the VZW homepage, it's a client side issue. Try a different browser and clear your caches.
I bet if you ask them, politely of course, they'll probably do it. Just remember to be nice, respectful, and polite. I think people forget who far a little kindness will get them. I believe I read that a few people were able to get their upgrade up for this phone. With you only being a week away I feel pretty confident that Verizon will do it for you, just don't be like that guy who posted his discussion with the Verizon rep where he just berated her and acted like a complete arse. The funniest part is that he posted exactly what he said to her thinking that a bunch of people would get behind him and give him a bunch of "Thanks" and let him new that they think he did the right thing. Needless to say, everybody let him know how unbelievably rude and immature he acted. Anyway, I think you'll be able to get them to move it up for you.
exactly-don't see myself being rude in any fashion towards them unless i was treated very poorly/rudely. Kill em with kindness!
so if they actually are going to announce this thing when will it be tomorrow? like what time? im super excited for this....i wont even be able to sleep tonight and this is just for the announcment think on how i will be the night before this thing releases! LETS ALL GO STREAKING! jk
I honestly do not think so. I tried that before I posted, 3 browsers, 2 OSs. It is a Verizon issue. Those of us in PST will probably have to wait until midnight PST.
P.S. Yep, that's it, changed time on my computer to a different time zone and BAM - finally saw it.
Despite being a pretty big Apple fan I was soooo sick of seeing multiple fruits on the VZW home page. It only made the delays harder to bear and led me to give a sliver of credibility to the conspiracy theories that Apple "wouldn't let" VZW launch the TB...

There are conditions however, for example, your bill must be current and you must not have redlined (been shut off for non-payment) in the past 6 months. Also, there is a limit to how much you can bill to your account.
I'm in PST and have been able to see it for the past 2-3 hours. When you're on the home page, press Ctrl +F5 to get the latest version of the page from the server.
I finally see the Thunderbolt on the opening page. Hopefully VZW will allow preorders on the VZW website at 3am.
