Then we get to do this again in the fall when the next HTC (daul core please) device is leaked and rumored to come out on 11/23 and in March we will still be asking where it is. The Darn Fruit phone 5 and Fruit pad3 will be delaying the launch again.

Edit: That is if the Evil Mr Jobs will even permit VZW to have anything other than Fruit in thier line up

Really??? You should look back on this thread a couple days ago... one of the moderators put up a nice spreadsheet with the last Verizon releases... I think there were 5 or 6 of them... at least 2, and maybe 3, of the devices were announced two days before the release... and they were the most recent devices.

I'm guessing they will announce it on Tuesday for a release on Thursday... they don't want to compete with the iPad2 release today.

Remember that we should see inside reports of actual units shipping 3 days before release too. That means Monday for that deadline.
A stealth ninja release for this phone is slightly doubtful. VZW is going to want to showboat this Phone for at least a week or so I think. Heck the Iphone release date was known a month out.

House Party was on Comedy Central a few weekends ago so it's been on my mind. I wanted to make that post earlier in this thread, like a week ago, but I waited to see whether Cory is the type of person who could take a joke first.

From what I've seen I think you're safe. I wrote Cory last week telling him how much I love this site. There is a certain "other" site that is severely over-moderated. This is the best forum I have ever been a member of. From Phil and Cory on down the line, I've never seen a better group of Admins and Mods. They really enjoy having us as members, and it shows. I would be very surprised if this didn't get copied over to the Mods' private forum. I can't stop laughing every time I see it!
