I also am a member of the overly-moderated forum. After finding this forum I have found no reason to go back. So glad to be here.

this is the first android forum i've joined. i guess i made a lucky pick. hopefully i'll be an android owner in a week...

my experience here has been great so far. i can't wait to learn more about androids, roms, etc, so i can contribute to the community in the future.

Thanks for the compliments. We definitely try to find a middle ground between over and under moderation. It's a fine line and I don't always get it right. I'm mostly a personal attack hater.

Two reactors now having MAJOR issues! TB is not the only thing with battery problems.

I just got home from one of the Verizon stores here in Rochester. I went in to talk to the store manager to see if he had anymore news on the phone for me. I told him that I had heard it was looking like the 17th was gonna be the release date for the phone. He said that was doubtful and that he has told by his upper manager to tell all his other managers to stop talking about the Thunderbolt and that it would be a couple more weeks before it was out. He said it was due to the release of the ipad2 that started today. He said it was pretty dumb on Verizons part because the verizon store dont even carry the ipad2 in their store. All the Verizon stores are doing is getting the customers info and sending it the customer directly. He even said they dont even had a display model in the store. You can take what you want from that, but it doesnt sound good to me. SRY
