Thinking of getting a note 3, has the wifi issue been fixed?

I don't know if it was only some phones or more wide spread, anyway I'm pretty interested in a note 3, but reading all these threads has me hesitant as I use wifi a lot for my phone.
How's yours?

Thanks

Mine works great no issues. I switched from the iPhone to the note 3 and couldn't be happier.

My wi-fi has worked great the whole time.

Like some, I've been getting the "Knox prevention error" message (triggered by wi-fi, though I believe it's fixed now), but it hasn't actually caused any issues - its just annoying.

No WIFI issues here..............

Wifi issues are rare and random. People say it's not the phone but android 4.3 itself. Just reboot and everything will be fine if you have wifi problems. Again it's rare and random, at least on my end.

I had the problem with the phone saying someone was trying to access system everytime I turned on my wifi but woke up this morning to see a message that they automatically updated the security and problem is now fixed. All smiles

My Note 3 was delievered on 10/11/13.. I had a 20 day return window. The Wifi was making my voice garbled when I made and received calls. When I turned the Wifi off, everything was clear. I was on the verge of returning it when I read the others where having the same problem and an update should be coming soon to fix it.. Well, now, my Wifi is crystal clear..

I've had my phone for a few weeks. Wifi is great until I get about 50 feet away and it drops significantly, turn the corner into the bedroom and I lose it completely. My 4s would lose 2 bars, but maintained connection. My 4G connection sucks at my house too, but the 4s was fine. Replaced the phone and the same thing. Other than that, the phone is awesome.

This sounds exactly like my Note 3. 50 feet and wifi deteriorates extremely. Any further and it's useless. On the flip side.our iphones go past that without issue and even outside across the street. I can be in the same location in the house and stream the same video to iPhone , laptop and Note 3 (not at same time) and the Note 3 will pause and give unstable network area while other 2 play through completley. In addition to that on way to work the Note 3 loses mobile connection in 4 areas. The iphone loses it in 1 location.

Mine works fine. Once and a while ill get kicked off a verizon hotspot saying it was slow or unstable. Thats kind of stupid considering it was the hotspot or no internet at all and the phone isn't smart enough to know that. My home wifi and my friends wifi works fine with the phone

Has anyone ever had any issues connecting to Wifi at a Starbucks or Walmart?

I've always gotten wifi instability issues when connected.. And it takes a long time to load up sites, sometimes it doesn't load up at all..

My phone has issues. I have a router at home and when I turn on wifi it connects but a little after that is constantly says wifi is unstable so I think it goes back and forth with wifi and mobile network.
