Thinking of getting the Fascinate on Black Friday

Anyone know if the Black Friday $1 price will apply to add a line? The ad just says new and upgrades.

If I'm not mistaken, 'adding a line' and 'new' would be considered the same, because technically your 'adding a NEW line' of service to your account. It makes sense that this $1 would apply to that as well!

If you already have a family plan adding a line is an upgrade. If you're going from a single plan you'd be signing a new 2 year agreement to be on a family plan. Either way it works. I know many people who have added lines to their plans in the past just to get a contract price on a new phone they really want and just let a family member use their old phone on the new line.

People keep telling me I need to get to Best Buy at like midnight to get in line for this deal. Really??? Are people really going to wait in line for a phone that's been out for 2 months even if it is $1?

AW has it right now for $29.99 with 2 year contract. Ive been thinking all day if I should just pay the money and save $170 or brave the cold night and get it for a buck.......choices choices choices
