As an owner of a BB Priv, I can tell you that if that phone is not warm, it's probably because it's not being used...thanks to Qualcomm's Snapdragon 808.
It's 91F here and been on this Note 10+ surfing for an hour, it's not warm (fan running). The screen is couple degrees above ambient if that.
Keeping brightness to 50% less. If that's not the cause something running in the background.
Before I disabled the AT&T power management apps and set up power management properly this was running very warm. I literally have 125+ apps disabled on this with PD MDM.
The google app AR was huge hog, disabled.
I keep background activity in Android Services off unless I need it on.
The battery shouldn't be used as a heater...
