I implemented an app which works like google keep but with a bit more colorfull userinterface and it can handle a bit more items from your phone like video's. The basic idea is to use the share option of any app (youtube, music, maps, browser, etc.) to share items to thinkof and have quick access to the item or just to remember to take a look at it later. It has some nice thumbnails for various items like web links and you can open the item in the app it originated from. It has quick options for re-share, copy and view. Of course it has some more options like tagging but just find out by taking a look at it.
I'm hoping the simplicity is what you like. Just one list with items ordered by time to keep track of stuff on your phone, keep it short so it helps you in the best way.
