Third Party Basic Phone Apps?

Humm, I can download many browser Apps, firefox for example.

(Does what I do on firefox on my Android phone get accessed by Google?)

So, Are there Contacts manager that can dial the phone or from the App open the phone and dial?

Are there Calendar Apps where I keep my Appointments and Google doesn't have access to them and I get notifications?

What about a Music/Video player and Google can't access my music choices?
