What phone do you have and what version of the OS are you on?

I have the same problem with two androids:
Doogee Latte DG450, android version 4.2.9

and
tablet M-24, android version 4.2.2

Messages have occurred when I was scanning QR codes on some products.
After opening the web address, going to play.google.com it was not possible to easily find the application.
