This is ridiculous!

Kept it ant then what? Be out of 660$ and get the One or S4? Whats the point. I dont use the s-pen to me its completely useless, its still too big for everyday life.

100% agree.

I had the Int'l Note 2 for 2 months and i did love it. I let the return period lapse because i thought its such a great phone, i'll prolly get used to its size. Never really did tho, and not a day went by that i wasn't aware of its size, and that really hindered my ability to fully enjoy it.

I'm not a multi-tasker to begin with and believe if you want to 100% reduce the risk of ever dropping a phone, never even handle it UNLESS you are able to give it 100% of your attn, so i thought due to my philosophy, its larger size would be a non-issue, since i am so careful to begin with, but after 2 months i never got used to it and found myself oogling 4.5 inch phones...lol

Wound up selling it on Amazon with only a $75.00 loss. I consoled myself by thinking i rented the Note 2 for a dollar a day for 2 mos...lol

Never used the S Pen even once, so i am super excited about SGS IV... Its everything the Note II was AND MORE on the same size chasis as the SIII. Can NOT wait : )

Lmao exactly! Doing real life things on it are hard. I'm a college kid. I'm always moving around going out with friends, partying, etc. Note 2 just becomes cumbersome. Sure split screen was cool but i never used it unless I thought about it first.

I'm using a pos atrix hd. I bought a note 2 thinking the one will be out before my 14 days and obviously it isn't.

Dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, HD screen, LTE... we define "POS" differently lol.

It lags like no other with the ram. The phone is garbage idc the specs

I believe HTC did the right thing being first out of the gate, knowing the s4 was being launched in March they were able to get their platform on the news without competition and give people time to think about the changes they've made to Sense/BlinkFeed. The SSng comes out and people are saying same'ol same'ol but speed-ed up.
Hey a few years ago they announced coming phones at CES and a few other Major trade shows then we waited... now it's just Manufactures announcements with the same lag so it's not much new. Even Apple had delivery issues with the I5..

You should get whichever phone you want. If you prefer the gs4 get that one. I prefer the one regardless of the delivery date not happening as fast as I would have liked.

One. But if it's out in April i will get the gs4 due to bad stigma on htc.

The Z10 and the one are going after different markets. However i will most likely get the z10 while i wait

First you said you were getting the s4, then the z10... All because the HTC one isn't coming out fast enough. I think you need to research your devices until you can decide which one is best for you, and then keep calm and wait for it to be released.

Actually i meant I'd get the z10 to "rent" id never get myself stuck with that phone. The one should come out before 14 days are done starting from the 22 and then if i decide the one isn't good for me ill sell for the gs4.

Come on OP, who are you kidding? If the one came out next week, you'd buy that, them get the Z10 and GS4 too. Just reading your posts, you are going to get all these phones at one point or another. I doubt this device is going to satisfy you lol. And this isn't a criticism because I do the same thing myself.

I'm glad to see that some people live their life fore phones. You guys made a 3 page arguement on a phone. Go play a game or something. I pity your social lives.

I'm failing to understand why you plan on buying new phones that you don't want with the intent to return them...

This thread is ridiculous.

Phone was announced last month. The release was set for March and now what. We're more then half way out of March with out a damn set release date even. I was looking to make myself a birthday present (25th) but now i honestly don't even care. The hype and excitement about the phone died before it could even get released properly. I don't like being left in the dark especially after a company already tells you when the phone is coming.

At this point I'm strongly considering waiting for the gs4 which is something i didn't even consider when this phone was suppose to come out the 24th or whatever. Htc shot itself in the foot

I seriously don't understand the point of this rant. Last I saw the timeframe for release that was quoted for the GS4 was "2nd Quarter" this means the timeframe can be April, May or even June. Everything I've heard indicates that HTC will still make their March timeframe for the US. It's also pre-mature to complain about it not being on sale when a concrete release date hasn't been promised and the promised month is only halfway done.

Because I'm a cell phone enthusiast and i would like to try the next blackberry i was always a fan and want to try it out why do you care what i do about my phone.

And you say that there was no promised launch then say March as the promised month. Because that's what it was. The month was given for a fact

I'm not defending the rant but you have to remember htc is a big underdog. They unveiled the "one" with limited fanfare and now the s4 has been unveiled and is all the buzz. HTC needs the "one" to be out as soon as possible to get sales before the s4 because head to head we all know the s4 will dominate the sales figures.

We all understand how important it is for HTC to get this phone out before the GS4, however none of us felt the need to create a thread whining about it. However, based on your apparent spontaneous buying habits and your declaration of being a "cell phone enthusiast" the release date should be irrelevant as you'll buy the device regardless.
