Also, could you point out what categories in specific you thought were highly subjective? I agree that some were; I'd just like to know which ones I could adjust or take into account.

I will put my scores into the spreadsheet to see how they come out!

Edit: Here is my spreadsheet. I put all zeros for cost since that really does not impact me. I have bought several phone off contract including iphone for my daughter. I am on contract with ATT and do not plan on going anywhere so I do use contract prices if available. I did get my S4 on contract. I was trying to be objective but since I own or owned all but the HTC One, I relied on reports for the HTC One scores. Not easy to do once you get into it...I apologize for making light of your scores. Of course after looking at mine, you can see my bias emerge.
