Google's Pixel 8 Pro Has Some Big Problems: Our Review in Progress
Google's new flagship has some serious early issues that need addressing.

Same for me. I was not planning to order, and when I did, I expected to be returning mine by now, but very impressed so far.Been testing my 8 pro now for a couple of days and I've yet to experience any glitches of any sort. Very much unlike the 6 pro (at the beginning).

I thought they emulated 32 but completely did away with it this round. I could be wrong about the timing.Yes but have been 64 bit for years. My apps worked on my 6 Pro even on beta A14
Since August 2019, all applications on the Google Play Store must have 64-bit support. Last year, it stopped offering 32-bit applications without any 64-bit support.I thought they emulated 32 but completely did away with it this round. I could be wrong about the timing.

This is happening on my 6a and started after updating to Android 14. So perhaps its a 14 bug.1. Always on Display doesn't stay alway on. I'll turn the screen off, and AoD will show for a second then vanish and the screen will go completely blank.
Interesting, I have no issues with always on display on my Pixel 8 Pro. I have the always on display setting to display always and it works fine. The screen doesn't go black after going to sleep and it displays the AOD with the clock, weather etcThis is happening on my 6a and started after updating to Android 14. So perhaps its a 14 bug.
