I like the idea of a Nexus Phone, that being said, I wonder how hard the GS3 is to root and put custom ROMS on it. probably once it's officially out and about, we'll see many.

Won't be hard since Samsung is easily hackable. The real question will be if Samsung releases the source code in a timely manner to help the developers

S3!!
No amount of stock android will be useful when your battery dies after 5 hours of light usage. The battery on the S3 is much better. Granted, the LTE version will be a little worse than the international version. It won't be as bad as the Nexus's battery.
Also, the camera on the Nexus is crap.
I tried to like it, but I just can't get used to the low quality.
